Hello my friends!
Matt Weinstein here, AKA Glass of Weinstein!
I’m a dedicated gluten-free cook, writer, and content creator. I was diagnosed with Celiac back in Fall 2014, and since have been on a mission to create delicious foods that you’d never know were gluten free.
My love for food came in my teen years from watching Ina Garten on the television, and learning hands-on with my mom. I watched her spearhead Jewish holidays seamlessly year after year. From the moment she taught me how to smash and chop garlic with a chef’s knife, I was hooked. I went from helping her cook dinners to making them entirely on my own. She championed my creativity, and even bit her tongue when she saw how many sticks of butter I put in my mashed potatoes. She is very much the reason Glass of Weinstein was born, so thank you mom!
I currently live in Manhattan where I cook, eat, recipe test, and drink wine. I want to taste and try everything. Thank you for joining me on this journey. Now…
