Bagel Chips & Dip

Ingredients:

Bagel Chips

  • 3 gluten free bagels

  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 8 oz sour cream

  • 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp scallions, sliced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 8 oz Salmon Filet (Honey Smoked Fish Co. Original)

Yields 8 servings

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Preheat your oven to 375. Slice the bagels in half as you would to make a sandwich, and then slice those bagel halves into eighths. Toss them in a bowl with the avocado oil, worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and kosher salt. Place on a baking sheet and toast at 375F for ten minutes on each side, or until crispy and browned. Allow them to cool completely before serving.

In a large bowl or standing mixer, whip together the cream cheese and sour cream. Next, mix in the spices, seasoning, and scallions. Lastly on low, whip the salmon into the dip. Check for seasonings (it should taste like an everything bagel in creamy form).

Serve the chips and dip together, or spread the dip on toast, bagels, or even latkes.
