Confetti Mug Cake
Gluten Free Confetti Mug Cake
Feat. Bob’s Red Mill
Ingredients:
6 Tbsp Bob’s Red Mill GF 1-to-1 Baking Flour
2 Tbsp melted butter
2-3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp milk of choice
1 large egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of kosher salt
Rainbow sprinkles!
In a microwave safe mug, melt the butter. Combine the sugar, milk of choice, vanilla extract, and egg. Gradually add the Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, baking powder, and kosher salt until the mixture is homogeneous. Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles, but be cautious not to overmix or the colors will bleed too much.
Depending on the wattage, microwave for 60 seconds and check to see if it needs an additional 30 seconds. Let it rest in the mug for about a minute and then add your favorite toppings!
