Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Preheat your oil to 350F. Fry your tostadas until golden brown, and sprinkle with kosher salt immediately. Reserve.

For fancy curly and crisp scallions, slice them and soak them in ice water for several minutes. Strain and pat dry when you’re ready to garnish.

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, tamari, sesame oil, and scallions. Feel free to add more chili sauce if you want a bigger punch of heat. Flake the salmon filet into the sauce, and lightly fold to maintain larger pieces. Chill until ready to serve.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and tamari to make a quick soy honey finishing sauce.

To assemble, place a scoop of the spicy salmon onto the tostada, followed by the pickled jalapenos, scallions, and a drizzle of the soy honey. Serve immediately and enjoy!
